Little League rules are determined and published by the Little League Organization headquartered in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Willards Little League local rules are captured and approved by the Board of Directors in the Willards Little League Constitution and Bi-Laws. All Coaches, Managers and Board Members have copies of the current Little League Rulebook.
