All floats are to report to the staging areas assigned to them.
Tee Ball – Lion’s Club Parking Lot
Instructional Boys – Old School Lot – Dennis Street
Coach Pitch Girls – Old School Lot – Dennis Street
Major/ Minor Boys – Old School Field

Players should be dropped off at the assigned staging area. Main steet will close at approximately 8:40am. Please have your player at the staging area prior to that.

Please check with the Team Manager or Team Mom. All players should be with their team by 8:40a.

Players should wear their team uniforms (uniform pants, shirts, hats).

Players are allowed to toss or drop candy. No “overhand” throwing of candy will be permitted.

The parade will begin promptly at 9:00am by the sounding of the Willards Fire Department siren.

Tee Ball players will get off of the Fire Trucks at end of E.Adkins Ave. and walk up to the field.
All teams with floats will disembark behind the Tee Ball field. Please encourage players to be very careful when making their way to Field 1.

Tee Ball and Instructional- 1st base bullpen Field 1
Minor/Major – area between outfield of Field 1 and Field 2
Softball – 3rd base bullpen on Field 1

There is a plan in place and we will make that decision on Friday around 5pm so that Managers and Team Moms can notify all teams.

The concession stand will be open at 9:30am and begin by serving breakfast items. They will be open throughout the day, so please support us! Our concession stand helps us offset our operating costs! Please be patient on Opening Day as we anticipate longer than usual lines.
