Despite very wet conditions on Saturday morning, volunteers were out in full force getting the park ready for opening day.  We began hanging banners from our league sponsors on several fields.  In addition, the temporary fence and foul poles were installed on field 4.  Finally, 7 tons of stone were shoveled, hauled and spread on the warning track of field 1.  Thank you to all that helped (and to all of the players that are also showing pride in their park)!

If you have free time this week, please lend a hand!  There’s a lot to still be done and we’re less than 1 week away.  Simply show up at the park and locate any board member for direction as to how you can help.
